Charlie serves on the Board of Trustees for Lacawac Sanctuary, a Biological Field Station and Environmental Education Center in Northeast Pennsylvania. In addition to kayaking on a variety of rivers and lakes, Charlie has enjoyed hiking in Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Acadia, Grand Canyon, Banff and on sections of the Appalachian Trail. Charlie has a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Marketing and has served in executive level positions at several firms.
